I use Evernote (Evernote.com) for my writers journal. I create a folder for creative writing and drop everything in. (I also use it for everything else in life - have a scansnap scanner which scans letters etc straight into Evernote). It’s handy because you can send everything into Evernote- photo’s, text, lists, Resteraunt napkins, etc etc all in one place and photo’s with text are scanned and become searchable. It works very well.
